                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   CC BULLDOGS (seller) assures that the puppy sold is in good physical health on this day of purchase. All necessary shot's and de-worming, for his/her age, are up to date. The purchaser (buyer) agrees to take said puppy to a Licensed Veterinarian of their choice, with in in 48 hours after delivery, for a health-check-up. 

 CC BULLDOGS must be informed immediately, in writing,should the puppy be determined to be un-fit for sale, due to an life threatening illness, disease or congenital disorder, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the seller. Then may upon presentation of a written diagnosis from the Veterinarian of their choosing, said puppy,may be returned for another puppy of equal value and sex, if available, by seller, at that time, or a refund of the puppy's cost. Puppy's that are chosen to be shipped, are at risk of Coccidia (or kennel cough) which is common in puppy's that are shipped, usually caused by air-born bacteria.Kennel cough is self-limiting, like the common cold, it must run it's course. Full recovery is expected, Kennel cough, on it's own, is not life threatening. So if you have chosen to have your puppy shipped, instead of ground-delivery, or pick-up , you need to be aware of this.

 CC BULLDOGS  also offer's a replacement on our puppy's up to 3 months of age. If said puppy develops a congenital or hereditary life threatening disorder (s) we will replace the said puppy, with another puppy, same sex, and equal value, at our first opportunity, provided the conditions below are met, and kept by the buyer.

 1) Buyer will offer said puppy back to the breeder first, if ever for re-sale, or in need of placement.                  

 2) If said puppy dies in 1 month, a replacement will be offered, providing the buyer has a Veterinarian's autopsy report  which indicates than a congenital defect, was the cause of death. Euthanizing is not an exceptable cause of death, and shall not be honored by this agreement. Buyer pay's all shipping cost's involved in obtaining a replacement puppy.

 3) Buyer agrees to provide routine Veterinarian care of said puppy including vaccinations, routine fecal checks, heart worm treatment's, and must  show record's of such care, should the buyer have to return said puppy for a replacement.

 4) Buyer understands that this agreement will be void if buyer fails to show  routine Veterinarian care,  or if said puppy is sold, or transfered to another party (s), or in the case if an injury caused by accident, and/or neglect. This agreement dose not cover any common puppy ailment's such as worm's, Vitamin deficiencies, or any viral bacterial disease (s) or disorder (s) brought on by parasites. This agreement dose not cover, what in the Bulldog breed we consider normal: such as , Cherry eye (s), Entropion,Ectropion, "loose" hip's or shoulder's, or knees, All skin allergies' such as insect (s) bites, or environmental allergies. Any type of Demodectic/ Demodex Mange, elongated soft palate, and Semitic Snare. And Hernia's of all or any types. All of the above listed Issues are correctable, and will not adversely affect the Bulldog for any of it's future life's pleasure's.

 5)  CC BULLDOGS  will not be responsible for any Veterinarians  fee's or cost's. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy , means regular trip's to a veterinarian of their choice , and understands that he/she will be responsible for all and any payments.

 6)  There is no guarantee that the buyer will be able to "Show" or "Breed" said puppy, regardless of "Show" or "Breeding" potentials.

 7)  CC BULLDOGS  is not responsible for temperament issues, as they can be caused by lack of training, discipline or proper dog socialization, which is determined by each dog's own personality.                 

I, the buyer, have READ this agreement, and Understand fully the content's here-in, and acknowledge the receipt of it . We will not be relying on ANY verbal statements/Discussions, not contained Here-In.

CC BULLDOGS  requires a  $ 500.00  Non-Refundable Deposit , starting from 5 week's of age, this will assure the buyer's of their "pick'  puppy until ready for placement. The remaining balance is due before the puppy is released to the buyer. The agreed balance is Due In FULL by the time the buyer's "pick" puppy is 12 week's old. In the case that the buyer fails to pay the remaining balance in full, by said agreed date, the buyer understands that he/she Looses ALL RIGHTS, to their "Pick Puppy", and the $ 500.00 Is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.

CC BULLDOGS  puppy contract must be printed, signed and dated, and faxed back to the seller's. followed by  the & 500.00  NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit,  our preferred form of receiving said $ 500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit is Western Union cable wire system.The buyer has the choice to use the Western Union to wire the remaining balance, by the agreed said balance due-date, of 12 week's of puppy's age, or may choose to use pay-pal, or may choose cash-on-delivery, if personal ground shipment was chosen. Buyer understands that the puppy they picked, will not be picked up, or shipped, until the FULL AGREED BALANCE is paid.
