We Welcome you to Chaney's Complete Bulldogs. A.K.A.  "C.C. Bulldogs". We are appreciate that You chose to visit with Us here at CC Bulldogs.I thank You, for the Time You are taking, to spend with Us.. We are Gary & Kelly Chaney, & We are so very obliged to make an acquaintance with You, & English Bulldog enthusiasts everywhere....We are exhibiting English Bulldog Breeders, & we have been in the Bulldog business since 2000..We are certified through the American Kennel Club, exclusively as Bulldog breeders. We are active members recognized by The Bulldog Club of America in Division 5, for 9 years with standing ..I have tried My very best, to be as informative as I can about Ourselves (the proprietors) & about our Breeding  Program, & of course, our Beloved Bulldogs, that We have residing with Us in Our Home...Past or Presently. English Bulldogs are a Breed apart, from other Breeds of Dogs/Canine. Their Physical Structures, such as Size/weight & Shape of their Head make it  more  difficult, for a Bulldog to breath, & to endure long term, or excessive exposure to the Heat outdoors. On Any day, or in any region, of this Country, if the temperature exceeds 85 degrees outdoors, A Bulldog must not be exposed to temperatures , such as, or exceeding these, for long periods of time.So in the warmer regions of the Country, Bulldogs require to be kept indoors, with the appropriate lower temperatures that they require to not, have an over excessive amount of stress, put on their respiratory systems. EX~TRA careful knowledgeable care, & close attention must be applied, & taken with Bulldogs, when outdoors, & involving any activities.. Due to the fact that Over exposure to heat,for a Bulldog,or strenuous activities outdoors , or in traveling away from your residence, even in cooler temperatures, can most assuredly be fatal, for a healthy Bulldog adult, or younger adolescent Bulldog whom is maturing.This makes Bulldogs, more of a Challenge, than other Dog Breeds, to have as a Pet, or to consider, in Your own personal Breeding Program. For this, & other reasons, I have some pretty strong convictions about Our Daily Programing, with our Beloved Adult Bulldogs, & a pretty strict Breeding & placement/adoption protocol, of our precious little Puppy's.

                                       
I have never felt right in My heart about putting the Bulldogs "out" in a Kennel House. I feel that this would only separate them, from the Security, love & Comfort, that ONLY living in A  Home, & being PART of a Family, can provide . Being recognized, by those/Humans "Surrounding" them, as a Family Member, provides the proper environment, for a mentally stable, motivated Life long Companion.Being an active/involved part of the   Activities & Routines, & "Surrounded" by the LOVE, of an everyday Family, is WHAT makes something a Member of that Family. All/EACH 1 of Our Bulldog Family members, live right here in our Home. They have occupied 2 rooms of our Home for sleeping/resting purposes.& the rest of our Home, as an extension for activities.."Teams" or the "Buddy" system, put them out in groups of 2, sometimes 3 at a time, we have found very successful.It takes some shuffling around.But we all have adapted great, over the years.With several 10 x 10 Pens out doors.For when the weather, out doors is pleasant enough for them to have an extended "Recess" time. After all of the Bulldogs necessaries are all met, with some "Rip-n-Snort" time in the yard/Grass.Our Bulldogs, gladly retire to there Out door "Housing Pens", that are All equipped with roofs that provide ample shading, flooring to stay dry & Clean on, & large down draft Fans, to keep them very comfortable, with the proper circulating air, when temperatures do not exceed a healthy safe level , appropriate for Bulldogs to be outdoors.They have time out doors , early in the a.m. (night am) during the Hot summer months.But they have full beautiful afternoons, they enjoy in the cooler winter months.
